apparently certain houseplants are actually really really good at lowering co2 levels

co2 levels in my immediate environment are a thing that concern me because they have tangible brain effects and its very easy to make a small area like a bedroom have way too high co2 levels

the results from this study suggest to me that i should get a ficus or peace lily in my bedroom, and do my best to ensure it remains healthy

Flowers and plants with leaves are extremely healthy for people to have in their home environment

It makes for cleaner breathing air, which increases brainpower and clarity, the microbes in the dirt are healthy to have near you (working in the soil is good for mood)

A purpose to water the plants and take care of them

Its love to your human
