I've read Daring Greatly and Rising Strong and I need to read the rest.

Reading her work makes me feel the same way watching Mister Rogers does - like I'm a valuable human being worthy of love and respect even in all my struggles and flaws.

While Daring Greatly is maybe her best-known book, Rising Strong focuses on resiliency which feels very relevant these days, while still discussing the shame research she talks about in Daring Greatly. So… try Rising Strong?
