Well, crap. Getting emotional at work.

I'm just gonna let some feelings loose a mo, hold tight (CW feelings?)

I have a lot inside that I don't let breathe as much as maybe I should. Therapy is too short, I'm worried about what people may think of me, I just need to put it down for a bit and focus and live life.

And then sometimes I connect with an old friend, a new friend, share something that's been on my heart and it's just... the connection touches me so deeply that I can't hold back the tears. Thank you all so much.
