wtf #agile, I've been dragged in meetings about backlog damn theater for a freaking week while I should be providing tech directions to the team, and if that wasn't enough I got in yet one more meeting that ended in a looping conversation apexing at "we can keep this other board but these cards must be purple, yellow is not ok"

I am now realizing that I'm part of the problem for playing along the #agile #bullshit we dish out instead of getting it right. should be empowered, autonomous teams taking control and collaborating directly w/ stakeholders, but we have devs with no intention of taking responsibility being directed by the designated randomly-opinionated alpha-dev and what-tech-is-even "business analyst" while commercial pulls random strings in the background.
and I just got used to all of this shit and didn't even notice
I need to free myself from this meeting madness and find a way to empower the team or we're going nowhere
