@weird_hell I'd argue that self-care is metal as ffff especially if your self-care is about feeling powerful.
Not just cuz listening to metal is an important part of my own self-care =p
@weird_hell self care is radical action countering the messages society is telling us, the most hard thing you can do is love yourself and not buy into commercial self hatred

Self-care is not metal, but I seriously think it is punk. Society does not fucking want you to be healthy, it wants you to be at just the edge where you're still productive. Fuck that, live awesome.
