@xenophora @matt @viomi And I think it’s reasonable for us to ask for some assurance of action. Saying, “Thanks for bringing this up. I’m going to have to be away for a good while, but will look at it when I get the chance.” feels very different than saying “we’ll take action as we see fit.” The latter is a common smoke screen for moderates giving cover for racist action by seeing fit not to take action.

It's not even that he just said "we'll take action as we see fit". He said on one of the user's other posts "We don't see how he's broken any rules here. Feel free to block him if he's bothering you" essentially
