your lasagna doesn't have a layer of cheese on the bottom, nor a layer of filling in the top
if you flip one lasagna, you no longer have a layer of cheese on the top, and you have one deficient layer (that only has cheese, though twice as much)
it's actually just two lasagnas smoothed together
if you do not flip them, you do have the layer of cheese on top, but there is still a deficient layer, but we can attribute this to the cook forgetting to add filling, things like that happen
flipping both is the same as flipping neither, but now it's upside down
