unfortunately, if the server is off for a longer period of time, it starts crashing on startup. typically resolves itself in around an hour but nonetheless it's a pain in the ass

there's a small spawn (which you only see once because there are no fabric mods that add a spawn command that work on 1.16.5) but i didn't really test it well so if you spawn on top of a big bedrock cube: sorry
that's right. while you were mocking people with a british accent i made you all chiptune fans!!!
just confirmed this! seems like blocking archlinux.org causes spotify to think it's offline until the domain is unblocked and i reconnect to the network (maybe it has something to do with pihole's handling of blacklists)
update: spotify now claims the connection has been shut off. whatever api it uses to check the connection status, most likely connects to archlinux.org
i suspect this may or may not be from thunar but idk, i'm probably wrong. i also have a theory that one of these is used by networkmanager to check if the internet is up but that's probably false as well
blocked archlinux.org and example.org. archlinux.org was blocked and the keyring authentication prompt has just popped up for no reason
