I wonder way Slack uses a font icons over SVG. This hasn't been a "standard" way to do icons in years.

Can’t tell you where the stat comes from but apparently 70% of photos shot on Android are via the front-facing camera. I would assume this isn’t the average user, so there are people out there taking billions of selfies to inflate the numbers.

And the HP Spectre x360 passes the Dell XPS 13 in my book currently. The 3:2 OLED screen with 100% DCI-P3 and Adobe RGB are what it's all about. The limit on 16GB solder RAM is a bummer, but the screen is the seller.

That 13 " Zenbook Flip seems interesting. The specs don't match some of the others, BUT 100% DCI-P3 OLED has my eye even if it's limited to 16GB of soldered RAM and Asus's Linux support is NOT the same as Dell or Lenovo (or HP).

I'm so happy CSS5's `mix-color` proposal actually mixes colors properly unlike Sass and Less.

`display: contents` on a <legend> element puts it inside the <form>. I think this will save me a ton of effort in styling.

However, unlike its competitors, Dell won't be upgrading to PCIe 4.0 for storage

The Lenovo X1 Nano looks cool, and while I like the 2K panel @ only 100% sRGB along with 16GB limit for soldered RAM, I believe the XPS 13 is still the most enticing in this segment.

The other pending bit is that there the XPS 13 won't support PCI 4.0? Seems this mid-year revamp is just to plop the new CPU in.

I'll wait to see what comes from Lenovo and HP though as well as the October AMD announcements.

News of Dell rushing out a revamp for its XPS 13 with Tiger Lake might cause me to purchase not a perfect laptop, but what that could do the job for the next couple of years seeing since USB4 and likely DDR5 RAM won't be here til 2022.
