things that are developed by volunteers, okay, it's buggy a bit or crashes sometimes, fine. but if you took VC, your shit had better be ON POINT when you release it.



I feel the same way about independent businesses too.

@tindall The frustrating part to me is having neither the source code nor the freedom to modify it when, not if, I find bugs. At least with free software I could, in theory, hire a programmer or post a bug bounty. Microsoft wants something like $50 to file a bug report--this is after you've already paid for the software and it's the same bug reporting that typically costs nothing with free software!
