• Safari 14 started following the Chromium “User-Agent Reduction” initiative, which means now it reports “Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7” no matter what architecture and OS version you’re using chromium.org/updates/ua-reduct

• This code has a big list of strings it’s looking for to detect macOS versions; 10_15 is not in it (Debian packages a version from a whiiiile ago, naturally), so it falls through …to match 10_1 😂
