@theZacAttacks

I'm looking to buy my first mechanical keyboard any recommendations? Or places to look.

@Iramch I buy most of mine from either Newegg or Massdrop (massdrop is a bit more hit/miss because their stock rotates so quickly)

However, it honestly depends on what kind of switch you're looking at getting. Did you have anything in mind?

@theZacAttacks I was looking for something with cherry blues and a ten key pad.

@Iramch oh!! I actually have exactly what you are looking for :P It's a RK-S108 it has 'knock-off' cherries and blue switches. It's fabulous!

I love blue switches, but my heart really belongs to greens. I adore the extra clack

You can probably find it cheaper elsewhere.... Honestly, you best bet for a really good price to quality ratio is to just wait on Massdrop to have a keyboard that meets your specs and get it there.

@theZacAttacks my wife decided I needed a hobby that would encourage me to hanger out with friends a few years back, and I got started homebrewing. I've really enjoyed it (despite not being really into beer), and it's a pretty low time investment plus generally easy cleanup :)

@Jsuttonmorse thats awesome!! I've gotten into beer fairly recently and I just have that "oh man, I wonder if I can make this at home" itch for nearly everything, it's only a matter of time :P I just don't have the funds for the initial hardware right now.

How many brews have you made? Anything fun/unique? :)

@theZacAttacks about a dozen, I think.
I mostly order prepackaged kits, but I did really enjoy the blood orange I put into a basic wheat beer a while back (and I'm trying to recreate that tomorrow, in fact)

@Jsuttonmorse ohhhh that sounds heavenly! good luck! :D

@theZacAttacks thanks. Currently have ginger and a grapefruit (since I couldn't find blood orange) sitting in vodka before I move things to the secondary fermenter with a friend tomorrow.
I need to figure out something to do with coffee sometime, since I also enjoy making that.
And I've heard sour beers are fun and I used to keep sourdough colonies, but that's a someday plan.
