Wondering if there are any people around who work in community developement... how do 1k individual users turn into a community?

@tether At CryptoParty I always say that setting the scene, and breaking walls are the most important things to do.

But also welcoming new people, handling asshole behavior, and having and enforcing a code of conduct are important parts!

@tethre yeah that all works for both online and meatspace communities, i'm specifically interested in forgong online community... :)
