I was deadlifting 3s @ 225 yesterday which is more than I've ever done 3s at before and today just one quad has a bit of a twinge
at least it's the opposite leg from the one I've had recent tendon injuries in? 🙃
leg stopped being twingey, but now my entire body is uniformly tired and slightly sore
