I mildly tweaked a muscle in my upper back while getting ready yesterday morning before testing maxes, and, knowing full well what a terrible idea it was, I rolled it out, took some ibuprofen and went and tested anyway.
and it didn't hurt at all while testing!
but the rest of the day, I could barely move.
and today, it's worse!
such is life. assuming this gets better in a few days, still worth it.
