I have engaged in the customary battle with the tension knob and come out on top? I think the issue is that I cannot set the tension high enough, but I managed to get it just high enough to work this time. It is loose on the bottom side and I would like to make it a little tighter (and then have even more room so I could adjust it up or down) but I can work with this
