@floatoverblow it's not about individuals if something is about an individual i will say it to the individual i don't care about individuals i care about groups if you read something and think "oh shit maybe my own behavior has not been the best" that's for you to personally reflect on on your own cuz i'm not keeping a scoreboard of people saying annoying things i don't find it helpful
@shel I don't disagree but that seems unintuitive considering "social" is a key component of the phrase social media lectures aren't social people use the same platform for equivalent of blogs and equivalent of tweets and even some ppl with blogs have them for the goal of discussions, etiquette is by definition not universal or easily understood
