I'm making a playlist, the only condition to be eligible is that it made me or one of my friend cry.
The playlist so far:

Gary Jules - Mad World
Radiohead - Fake Plastic Tears
Placebo - Song to Say Goodbye
Muse - Unintended
The Smiths - Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want
Jack White - Love is Blindness
Johnny Cash - Hurt
Pink Floyd - Comfortably Numb
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Under the Bridge
Comment your song, and the story/context, (if you feel like)
@eloisa I listened to it, and I don't understand the words either, but the feeling comes through.
I have three Hungarian song on the list, it'd be an interesting experiment, if you listen to some, and try to guess, what's it about. :)
Here is one of my favorite:

@razlael urban misadventures, a bit of society's critique, that's the vibe I'm getting. a bit bohéme as well, but a tad sad. I have better words for it, but they are in portuguese and untranslatable. :x
so, how way off was I? :D
@eloisa not that far.. There are a lot of urban theme in the metaphors in it, but it's mostly about the disillusionment.
The first line is: "Shoot down the pianist, he plays from my soul all night."
And the refrain roughly translated:
"So why not, just lose the soul,
why not if it'll just fall to nothing,
so why not just lose this delirious sweet life,
why not, if it'll just drown in tears."
@razlael yeah, I could def. feel that disillusionment, as you call it. Kind of a melancholy too.
It reminded me of a portuguese band that I love, Ornatos Violeta.

I don't know what is being said in that song, but it always made me cry.
I have more, but now I'm to sleepy to recall properly.
