Hi! I'm Zoe, she/her, 29, gay af and poly. It's past 4 am and I've joined Mastodon for the second time, just now posting after spending several hours (on and off) tweaking the cybre.space Win95 theme in Stylish to maximize Zoe-friendliness and usability.

I'm a web developer currently looking for a job, but other than that, I'm into video games and interactive fiction, game music, chiptunes, cyberpunk, AI, and especially things that combine those things in pleasing and/or interesting ways.

I took 133 Mario Odyssey screenshots, and it was only through some miracle of girlfriendness (her finding a MicroSD and card reader lying around the house) that I was able to get them all to my PC without having to individually upload them to Facebook or spam every single one on Twitter.

2017 is really up there in the "worst year of my life" list, possibly tied with 2015. It really completed the fuck you life destruction that 2015 threatened.

I'm only like an hour or so in and it's really grabbing me.

It's bleak and depressing in that Soulsian "everything is dead or dying" way, but there's a lot of charm and levity in the characters you meet and the way they manage to enjoy themselves and make a living in the midst of... whatever that place is
