Testing for autism in the fetal stage for the purpose of aborting autistic fetuses is a form of eugenics. Any doctor who encourages or pushes for this is an agent of genocide, and anyone who advocates testing for disabilities and aborting disabled fetuses has no business calling themself a leftist. Furthermore, any researcher who works to make this form of genocide possible by developing methods to test for autism at the fetal stage should be deeply ashamed of themselves.

This also applies to all other forms of neurodivergence. Yes, including Down Syndrome, a condition which today is already targeted by this ableist violence. Genocide is *never* acceptable, no matter what ableist excuses you invent for it.

On #AutismAcceptanceMonth especially, I will not tolerate anyone condoning genocide against us.

This does not override pregnant people's right to abortion, which must be absolute and with no caveats, regardless of the reason. And just to be absolutely clear: murder is not a prerequisite for genocide, and fetuses are not people.
