Soo, uhhh, i just realized that certain instances are completely banned? We don't federate with them at all. Why is this? Can we vote as an instance to change this? Should we? How about on an individual level? I feel like that would only be possible over a p2p network but feel free to tell me I'm an idiot.
Apple just axed the Ipod nano and shuffle
It's getting harder to get a bog standard mp3 player these days. I have a 2nd gen nano that I run with and I've been using for years. it's great. I bought an ipod classic a while ago and it's great to dump podcasts onto for the daily commute.
I think my favorite was my Sandisk Sansa, which I installed custom firmware on and could play Doom with.
