We should make every month 30 days long, give February back its two missing days, and then just shunt the extra five days at the end as worldwide vacation days

Actually every month should just have 28 days to align with the moon, then the extra days can form a new month, and we have an extra day left over to permanently have Leap Day, and every four years we'll have Extra Leap Day, except for every 100 years, except for every 1000 years
