help how do i not have work aversion feelings that put me in a vicious cycle of not working on things because i haven't worked on them.
@nightpool I've received the advice that practicing self-compassion can be helpful in those cycles and I've had some limited success with that. And it is something you can practice, and get better at, with loving kindness meditation for example.
