@viciousviscosity This may beggar belief, but once I encountered someone who was reading "Academic Bowl" questions, got to one on biology, and somehow managed to read "females" as "feh-MAH-lees" before catching and correcting himself.
@mona I can see that happening. I’ve heard some very interesting pronunciation of words being read off of cards, when the people don’t actually read ahead of what they’re saying.
