Fun thing about my character in the current campaign I'm playing in is that she's a narcoleptic barbarian.
The way we've implemented this is that every time I roll a Nat 1 I fall asleep on the spot, then every turn I have to make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw to see if I wake up.
It has made for some absolutely hilarious situations.
For example this one time I was trying to rip a guy's arm off with my bare hands. I rolled a Nat 1 on the Strength Check and so fell asleep cuddling the arm instead.

@penduin well in the last session we ended up duelling a guy as a way of introducing a new player into the group.
I took him out in two punches, a grapple, and a small unarmed attack from our ranger.
It was rather amusing
