@kylia Hrm. Literally the most effective co-recharge method for me has been sufficient sleep (not that I typically get enough, but when I do.. it makes all other methods of recharging worlds more effective).
Not effective for all, but I recharge by making things: Be it by cooking, learning new skills (folding paper), or doodling on a paper cup, or making things that will put a brain into a regenerative processing state similar to meditation (in my case, crochet does this).
