I only wanted to show that you can construct a normally distributed variables in such a way that it has a density greater than 1 at x = µ, but then I accidentally generalized it. So you only need σ = 1/(sqrt(2π+ɛ)) with ɛ > 0 (as one does), and you'll have that property.
