it's not users' jobs to keep tabs on exactly which instaces are doing bad things at all times. users should be held accountable with the other *people* they interact with for sure but if someone has mutuals who are not being sus it's not their responsibility to investigate every one of their mutuals' instance admins' full federation network etc. like jeez
