honestly why is there so little math in a cs curriculum

ME: theory of computation was an absolutely awesome class and i loved it

EVERYONE ELSE: haskal wtf is wrong with you

@haskal for more math in CS 2019

also theory of computation is fun and I'm not Very Good at it but it's also ,,, so fascinating???!

@rum_and_teamood, but for like, all of the math and theoretical cs things

@haskal how much math is in your cs curriculum? when I was studying it it required either 4 semesters of Calc or 3 and linear algebra, as well as discrete math. I agree that math is super important for it, but I'm not sure what qualifies as enough
