we have CWs, if someone doesn't want to see them, they don't have to open them
if there are too many, they can blacklist it

I don't think there's a way for folks to filter the sensitive flag itself on vanilla, yet.

(On Glitch instances, you can add a keyword mute for "nsfw", which will also block the internal tag added by all CWs.)
