@grainloom afaik people tried the dual licensing scheme way back in the day (before I had ever even heard of a free software) and it didn't end well. But hey, it's not like I was actually there, so idk, maybe this does work.
the fact that it works as permissive rather than copyleft for noncommercial users sounds like it might cause some weird edge-cases though.
@grainloom looks like a middleman for people who want to do shared source software (vs open source). I don't think this is an ethical way to license your software if you care about it being "Free", nor do i think it'll catch on for those who want to do it commercially.
