To save both.
Or to lose both and my life.
To me, there is no way to choose a human life over another. Each human is unique and unrepeatable and cannot be counted with another. The value of a human life is orthogonal to each other life, so just like I can't say if 1k+2m/s is more or less than 5Watt+2apple+1Hz, I cannot choose who to save in such thought experiment (everything else being equal).
