One of the lessons burn-out is trying to teach us is that SOMETHING needs to change. Ignoring it and thinking things will get better is a recipe for hurting yourself in ways that are much more painful to recover from than they need to be.
If you're feeling burned out, listen to that message and figure out ways to make a change for the better. Maybe it's not a new job, maybe it's just some exercise and a change in your work habits or schedule, but DO SOMETHING. TRY SOMETHING. Just kinda deciding to ignore it because you have too much work to do is madness.
