working on a mod rn that adds hill country biome to minecraft, im in charge of the music & sound and so last night i decided to try recording a track with live acoustic guitar to really capture that "cowboy" feel and it came out good!

okay so my walk was really good for me, i picked up some bubble tea while out and brought it back for me & partner and everything worked out ok. i should take a walk when i’m upset more often

went on a walk. feel a little more normal. take-home bubble tea and tofu will help

got into a situation that made me upset (a pretty large-scale rejection of something i worked hard on) for the first time since starting my new meds and i don’t feel like, devastated or like i want to hurt myself like usual. i just feel heavy. and grumpy.

the good news is i definitely noticed a difference today without it? like on saturday i cleaned my kitchen and on sunday i went to the grocery store and decorated for halloween but today i was just kind of like blehhh. aaand maybe it was just cause i didn't take my meds, which would be awesome, cause that means if i do take them i'll feel better!

forgot to take my wellbutrin last night or this morning so i took it just now and out of curiosity started googling stuff about it (it's a new med for me) only to discover you should not take it at nighttime due to the possibility of insomnia... this explains a lot......

just pet my cat and it was a great experience, 10/10 would recommend it
