What I like about this method is it can also alert locals to where ICE is operating. Either hardware platform works well, as they are low power and so small they could be stashed anywhere. There's other ideas I have, but I don't want to post them here. These techniques could also work for abusive police operations as well. Providing info for locals while being difficult to pin down. You can literally set and forget, barring power constraints.

Other issues that I can't solve. I have no on-the-ground info regarding my local ICE officers and actions. And there might be a high degree of technical knowledge to modify the info on each device. If there's a way to generalize it more so that the average community leader or active citizen could create and update these devices, that'd be good too.
