imagine being trans and gendering living things in video games as male by default
i dunno about everyone else but when i realized people were making assumptions about *me* i started at least making some efforts to not reproduce the whole Thing of gender assignment because who knows who i’d have been wrong about, right????
you ever just sometimes wanna take a sledgehammer to the entire concept of gender
i guess if your approach to being trans is just, transitioning as soon as you can and trying your damnded to pass as fast as possible, you might not necessarily be inclined to deconstruct the pervasive acts of gender assignment in the micro
