Blog post about the Internet Archive lawsuit... Predictably the demands are fucking ridiculous and if it rules in the publisher's favor would set an extremely bad precedent for the digital archiving and accessibility of media in general

This form of digital book burning is unprecedented and unfairly disadvantages people with print disabilities."

This lawsuit not only seeks to destroy one of the largest online collections of publications that might not be digitized anywhere else but get a foothold for controlling how we can host and distribute all kinds of media on any other site.
