Those of you that feel like security should always be more important that privacy... Ask yourself this question: Was it REALLY more dangerous back when we weren't under surveillance 24/7?
Two answers to this, two arguments to make you realise it makes no difference:
- Yes: Then why did we allow kids to play on the streets like nothing ever happened?
- No: Why don't we go back then? Surveillance clearly doesn't work, we're doing worse than we were...
For the third answer and the one I agree with:
- We're literally just as safe: Then why do we keep giving up our freedom?
