Cas @cassolotl

A friend of mine is quizzing me on issues around trans people in gendered spaces in a spiritual context, which is a very interesting topic, and she's being very cool about it.

She asked me what I think about cycles, and whether they're inherently yin/feminine, and my answer was... complex.

It involved me making this diagram thing, which isn't 100% accurate to my views on gender and the binary, but it's pretty good for a 101, I feel!

@cassolotl I think it is very difficult to reduce the diversity of aspects which are commonly associated with a relation to fem. / masc. to a single quantity. I.e. you may feel more masc. regarding aesthetics but more fem. regarding your agressions but do not see any difference in the way you dance. (Complexity → ∞)

@bg Yeah, I think I agree with a lot of that. And what one person calls masculine another might call feminine - and some things might be considered *both* by some people, too. It's all very subjective and not at all binary.
