Yesterday I volunteered at #MozFest it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend you give it a go (as a volunteer), very rewarding and gives you a different yet interesting view of the event. As always the people involved a mixture of Mozilla and non-Mozilla staff were courtesy and patient with their fledging volunteers. Felt welcome and part of an important service (I was on the info desk that they had on each floor).
