I must say, I quite like the custom theme on cybre.space! A lot more than the one on witches.town. Never really liked those pentacles and ravens and stuff.
All this pointing with arrows and throwing around curly brackets, this is so ugly. Php is looking strange and feeling really bulky. Me no likey.
Gosh, what's up with php and $this when constructing an object? This way to stylize the code does not make any sense to me.
I miss Python... *sniff*
Yikes. Coming from Python, PHP (even now in the beginning of my journey) feels clunky, rusty and full of curly brackets!
Oh, and of course, if anyone wants to comment the code of my #fairytalegenerator, please feel free! #pcode
I've updated the #fairytalegenerator quite a bit. It now allows for different structures (I've defined three at the moment), and I tweaked the mechanism that is used to put the whole string together. Also added some more fun stuff. :))
Quite like it now! #pcode
So! I finally managed to add some input to the #fairytalegenerator. #pcode
It war tougher than I expected. I wanted to add the input string (a name) once at the end of a sentence, followed directly by a ".", Later, the same string was to be added followed by a blank. And I didn't want to string all the elements together manually by "... + --- + ---". If you're interested, fellow #pcode-people, feel free to take a look and comment! It's very much appreciated!
*installs PyCharm*
#pcude you all know the instance https://botsin.space, right? ;)
That was exactly the feeling I had when I was trying to decide where to register an account for my coding related stuff last week. That was why I chose cybre.space. #lastRT
Das war genau das Gefühl das ich hatte, als ich überlegte, wo ich meinen Account für Coding-Zeug registrieren soll. Darum habe ich cybre.space gewählt. #lastRT
Is it just me, or has Twitter become like Facebook where I only keep it as a necessary evil to stay in touch with people and spread my blog posts?
