I took yesterday off to get on a train, go to a different city, and give a presentation there.
It was a lecture series organized by some queer students and my talk was on bi/pan-discrimination and misogyny, and the intersection of the two.
A day of queer activism instead of tech stuff is nice once in a while, too. ^^

Here are the slides of my talk (German, but with lots of English references) on discrimination against and people in combination with : theresa.someserver.de/bi-misog (PDF, 2 MB)

I don't give such talks very often and it feels like I'm not doing "enough" activism.
Prioritizing other things in my life, such as other activism or work, was a conscious decision. But still, when being confronted with the lack of resources for bi/pan people, it's hard to not feel guilty for not doing more.
Though guilt doesn't help anyone either. I'll just do what I can, and not more.

Today is , the International Day Against Homo-, Bi-, and Trans-Discrimination and violence.
I wrote an article (in German) about Bi/Pan-Hostility and Misogyny: theresa.someserver.de/blog/?p=
