Wonder Woman 1984 was exactly the kind of cinematic junk food I wanted. It was very fun, made little sense, and was awesome just for the sake of being awesome. Plus there's a great cameo!

I've even got a game design document almost completely written out with a friend >.>

Happy new year! I am so goddamn exhausted. Please 2021 bring some recovery...

Notable works coming into public domain at midnight

I'm reading through the GB Studio documentation, and I think my bad game idea from last night is achievable today: retro.social/@ajroach42/105472

I think I'm going to try and build the whole thing with pre-existing art assets today, and then maybe use tomorrow to make new art assets.

If you know of any #GBStudio resources, tutorials, or assets I should be aware of, please shoot them this way.

Ugh Pentatonix did an a cappella version of "Once Upon a December" from the not-Disney animated feature Anastasia, and it played on a Christmas playlist my partner was playing. Now it's partially stuck in my head and I kind of want to watch Anastasia!

On a related note, I think it's hilarious that Disney ended up buying the rights to Anastasia solely because everyone thought it was a Disney production when it wasn't.

I'm in.

Hello, Mastodon. Hello, Wandering Shop. Hello, strangers and soon-to-be online acquaintances.
